Goodman Masson are currently working with a hugely well-established social housing organisation who are recruiting for an Interim Finance Business Partner to join the team on a 6 month basis in their Southampton office, reporting into the Finance Director.
This role would suit a Finance Business Partner with experience working in a large and complex organisation, preferably within the social housing sector.
Core duties include:
- Delivering financial management information including forecasts and managements accounts to C-Suite stakeholders
- Providing full balance sheet reconciliations to required deadlines
- Supporting the management of cash flow and treasury that meets the business objectives
- Proactively working with the the FD to strengthen internal financial processes, systems and controls where possible
- Ensuring finance systems, cash flow budgets and reporting are in place and managed.
Essentials:
- ACA/ACCA qualified
- Up to 3 years experience in a similar position
- Experienced working with senior management and multiple stakeholders
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Experience working within a large finance function in the social housing sector
