Our client requires a Business Manager / Transaction Manager to join their successful sales department in the Southampton areaWorking for an Automotive franchised main dealer, the successful Business / Transaction Manager will become an integral cog in this Volume Brand.The Successful Business / Transaction Manager can expect On Target Earnings of £60,000 with a base salary of £30,000.The hours of work for this Business / Transaction Manager role are split into a 5-Day Work Week – One Weekend Day on a Rota, Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 18:30, Saturday: 08:30 – 17:30 and Sunday: 10:00 – 16:00 (on a rota).Duties of a Business / Transaction Manager for our Client
  • Understanding all aspects of financial and insurance product regulation
  • Monitoring Finance and Insurance performance against company budget
  • Supporting the Car Sales staff on a daily basis
  • Build a rapport with Customers
The successful Business / Transaction Manager will
  • Have a previous Business / Transaction Manager experience within a Dealership environment
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • A proven Career History as a Business / Transaction Manager– with figures to prove it
  • Experience in managing and supporting a car sales team
