Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage customer queries and complaints to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Generate accurate invoices and ensure they are sent out in a timely manner.
- Set up and manage direct debits for customers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in office management software and tools.
