A Behaviour Mentor is needed in a Mixed Secondary School in Southampton.

This Behaviour Mentor role will be full time and you will be required to work at the school until the end of July 2025, in the first instance.

If appointed as a Behaviour Mentor, you be required to support pupils based in the Study Support Centre.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Planning and delivering small group activities/interventions
  • Monitoring the progress of pupils in the Study Support Centre
  • Working cohesively with other TAs and members of the Support Team

The rates of pay for this Behaviour Mentor position will be between £85 and £120, depending on the qualifications and experience of each applicant.

Requirements
