Are you experienced in ICT operational delivery and ready to make a difference in a dynamic environment? We have an urgent requirement for an End User Device (EUD) Analyst to join the team supporting multiple locations across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide an excellent customer experience by supporting end-users and ensuring minimal disruption to services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve EUD incidents, requests, and problems, adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Assist in onboarding new starters, ensuring high standards of service and adherence to Experience Level Agreements.
  • Support moves, projects, and events as required.
  • Identify service improvements and proactively suggest enhancements to the EUD service.
  • Follow established procedures, with a focus on asset management governance.
Required Experience and Skills:
  • Excellent customer service ethos and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to follow documented procedures and processes.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and diagnostics, particularly with Windows 10, smartphones, laptops, and desktops.
  • Experience working in ICT operational delivery, with a focus on resolving incidents and improving services.
  • Familiarity with ITIL (V3 or V4) and experience using ServiceNow (desirable).
  • A full UK driving licence is essential, as the role requires travel to multiple locations across the force.
Additional Information:
  • The role involves working flexibly across various sites, with the possibility of unsocial hours or lone working. A police-authorised vehicle may be provided where required.
