Graduate Acoustic Consultant:

My client is a renowned noise and vibration specialist is looking for a dedicated Graduate Acoustic Consultant to provide expert guidance on noise and vibration mitigation for various projects, working with architects, developers, and local authorities.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's (BSc) or Master's (MSc) degree in Acoustics or a related field, coupled with membership in the Institute of Acoustics (IOA).
  • Demonstrated proficiency in both verbal and written communication.
  • Possession of a valid UK driving licence.
  • Proficient in organising and prioritising work in close collaboration with the entire team.
  • Understanding of all pertinent legislation concerning noise and environmental regulations.
  • Willingness to travel to various sites at short notice.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with site managers, line managers, and other key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct thorough noise and vibration assessments and meticulously analyse findings to rectify any inefficiencies, ensuring conformity with British standards and relevant regulations.
  • Prepare comprehensive technical reports based on assessment findings and generate compliance documents.
