Your new role

This is a 12m FTC for an HR Administrator reporting to the HR Team Leader. Due to timescales, the successful applicant must be available within 2 weeks.

The HR Administrator will provide a vital role by meticulously administering all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to leavers, providing support to all levels within the company. This role is a great opportunity for individuals who are interested in embarking on a career in HR and there are often opportunities to progress for those who want to develop within HR. You will provide high quality, timely and customer-focused administrative support in a role that is essential for the team to deliver an efficient and effective service to the organisation.

This role is office-based in Southampton due to the industry but may occasionally offer flexibility to WFH. Working hours are 37.5 / week with flexibility on start and finish times too. My client would prefer this as a full-time position, but part-time from 22.5 hours / 3 days per week will be considered too. What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate will have experience working within an HR / People role and be CIPD Level 3 qualified, but this is not essential. Although you must have strong administrative and organisational skills.

If you have not worked in an HR / People role before, then you must have an interest in HR and be looking to develop a career in HR. Understanding of confidentiality is highly important too.What you'll get in return
