NDT Inspector (Level 2) - Aerospace Industry

Interesting new opportunity within this established aerospace precision engineering company as they develop their NDT capabilities. We are seeking a skilled NDT Inspector with Level 2 certification in magnetic particle inspection to join this successful manufacturing team in the aerospace industry. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting non-destructive testing (NDT) inspections on aerospace components to ensure quality and compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform magnetic particle inspections on aerospace components to detect surface and near-surface defects.
  • Interpret and evaluate NDT results to determine the quality and integrity of materials.
  • Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed records.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address any quality issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures while conducting inspections.
  • Stay current on industry trends and advancements in NDT technology.

Qualifications:

  • Level 2 certification in magnetic particle inspection
  • Previous experience working in the aerospace industry preferred.
