We are seeking a Plasterer Multi-Trader for a permanent position with a reputable contractor in the Southampton area.
The role offers a salary of £34,000, along with a company van, fuel card, and additional benefits.
The successful candidate will be responsible for reactive maintenance tasks, including patch plastering, full wall plastering, skimming, and painting.
Applicants should have social housing experience, be a qualified plasterer, or possess over 5 years of relevant experience.
Candidates must also have 6 or fewer points on their license and be able to pass a DBS check.

We are looking for a Plasterer Multi-Trader to join a highly established contractor around the Southampton area. This job will be a permanent role from day one Benefits for the Plasterer Multi-Trader will include:

£34,000 + company van and fuel card
Working on the reactive repairs team
£600 per year in benefits pot and tool allowance (added to salary)
9% matched pension

The Plasterer Multi trade will have to complete reactive maintenance which will include

Patch plastering
Full wall plastering
Skimming
Painting/finishing

The successful Plasterer Multi-Trader will have:

Social housing experience
Qualified plasterer or more than 5 years experience
6 or less points on licence
Can pass a DBS check
