We are seeking a Plasterer Multi-Trader to join a well-established contractor in the Southampton area.
This is a permanent position offering a salary of £34,000 plus a company van and fuel card.
The role involves working on the reactive repairs team and includes a benefits pot of £600 per year and a tool allowance.
Candidates must have social housing experience and be a qualified plasterer with over 5 years of experience.
Applicants should have 6 or fewer points on their license and be able to pass a DBS check.

We are looking for a Plasterer Multi-Trader to join a highly established contractor around the Southampton area. This job will be a permanent role from day one

Benefits for the Plasterer Multi-Trader will include:

34,000 + company van and fuel card
Working on the reactive repairs team
600 per year in benefits pot and tool allowance (added to salary)
9% matched pension

The Plasterer Multi trade will have to complete reactive maintenance which will include

Patch plastering
Full wall plastering
Skimming
Painting/finishing

The successful Plasterer Multi-Trader will have:

Social housing experience
Qualified plasterer or more than 5 years experience
6 or less points on licence
Can pass a DBS check
