We currently have additional roles for Food Production Operatives on an early shift who would be happy to work within a food production environment based in Southampton for a well established company, due to an increase in orders.
The role will be in a busy environment and will involve assisting with processing items, picking/packing, loading boxes into bays for despatch and assisting with stock checks.Â
Suitable candidates will need to be available for this long term ongoing role which will result in a permanent position for the right person and will be working in a chilled production environment. The role will require a candidate who is physically fit and able as the role is labour intensive and will involve moving and lifting items up to 20kg - the shift which will run from 05:00-14:00pm Monday to Friday with overtime available when required.
PPE is provided and a site induction is required before commencement of role which will be immediate subject to successful interview.
The role pays an hourly wage along with an attendance bonus.
Access to a form of transport (not public) is essential due to the rural site location and shift timings. There is parking available on site and an annual bonus (subject to performance), company discount scheme and pension are also included after a qualifying period.Â
