About the Role:

My client are looking for a proactive Health & Safety Advisor to join our team, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, maintaining company accreditations, and promoting a strong health & safety culture across all operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys delivering training, conducting site audits, and working collaboratively to drive continuous improvement in health & safety practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and 14001 standards.
  • Provide expert advice on CDM Regulations 2015, Work at Height Regulations 2005, and NASC guidelines (TG20-21, SG4).
  • Manage SSIP schemes and maintain company accreditations.
  • Deliver health & safety training and presentations to employees.
  • Conduct site audits, risk assessments, and safety inspections.
  • Work closely with internal teams to develop and implement HSE policies.
  • Maintain and update health & safety documentation.

Skills & Qualifications:

? A good understanding of construction and insulation industry practices.? NEBOSH Certificate in Construction (essential).? IOSH membership (preferable).? NEBOSH Fire Certificate & NEBOSH Diploma / GradIOSH (advantageous but not essential).? Knowledge of ISO 9001 & 14001 standards.? Experience with SSIP schemes & accreditation maintenance.? Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.? CSCS card (essential).? Experience with iAuditor software (advantageous but not essential).
