Senior Carer Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (Level 3 desirable or willingness to work towards it).
  • Experience in complex care or challenging behaviours.
  • Minimum one year in a Senior Carer role.
  • A valid driving license is preferred.

Senior Carer Responsibilities:

  • Ensure care plans are accurate and up to date.
  • Monitor residents' well-being and maintain high care standards.
  • Lead and supervise care teams effectively.
  • Conduct bi-monthly supervision meetings.
