Supply Teacher

Pay: £110 - £150 per day (depending on experience)
Hours: 08:15 - 15:30

About the Role:
Supply Desk is collaborating closely with Secondary Schools and Sixth Form Colleges in Southampton and surrounding areas. We are seeking enthusiastic supply teachers to support schools from November 2024. In this role, you'll cover classes in the teacher’s absence with pre-prepared materials. Strong behaviour management skills and adaptability in teaching various subjects are essential. We offer consistent work across multiple schools and pride ourselves on delivering a transparent and efficient service. Additionally, we have a guaranteed pay scheme, ensuring you receive a set number of paid days each week, even if you don't work.

Location:
We are looking for teachers based in Southampton and nearby areas, including Winchester, New Forest, Eastleigh, and Fareham.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Outstanding classroom professionals
• Knowledgeable about the Secondary curriculum
• Comfortable teaching across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
• Experience working with high levels of Army children is a plus
• Confident covering various subjects; a subject specialism is an advantage
• Committed, professional, and excellent communicators with strong interpersonal skills
• Qualified Teacher / Registered with GTC / QTS / NQT / ECT
• Willing to support schools with more challenging behaviours
• Must have a DBS on the Update Service
