Key Responsibilities:
- Support teachers in delivering lessons and maintaining classroom order across various subjects.
- Provide individual and small group support to students with diverse learning needs.
- Assist with the preparation and organisation of learning materials and resources.
- Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment, helping students stay focused and motivated.
- Adapt to the unique needs of each school and its students while ensuring consistency in your support.
What We’re Looking For:
- A positive, proactive attitude with a passion for helping students succeed.
- Experience in a classroom setting is desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport with students and staff.
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning, or equivalent qualification is preferred, but not essential.
- Flexibility to work across different schools and adapt to various teaching styles and environments.
