My client in Southampton are looking to appoint a talented HR Assistant on a Contract basis.

My Client are looking for someone to join the team to look through their HR Files and input data into Business World (their HR & Payroll System).

What's on offer:

  • Salary: £16++ per hour, inside IR35

*negotiable based on experience

About the role:

Based in Southampton (Hybrid):

  • looking in various systems and electronic files, finding information and entering it into a system.
  • To deal with administrative queries.
  • To assist with HR/Payroll related projects
  • To ensure all procedures and processes comply with employment policies, data protection, legislation, equality and diversity issues and best

About you:You will have the following experiences:

  • Extensive experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in using systems and inputting data.
  • Ability to prioritise and organise workload effectively.
  • Local Authority experience is essential
