Amour Recruitment is working exclusively for a great company based in Nursling who is seeking a dynamic part-time Human Resources Advisor

You will provide expert advice and support on a wide range of HR matters, ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Policy Guidance: Provide clear and accurate guidance on HR policies and procedures to ensure consistent application across the organisation.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee relations issues, offering mediation and conflict resolution support as needed.
  • Performance Management: Support the performance management process, including performance appraisals, feedback sessions, training and development plans.
  • Compliance: Ensure the company's HR practices comply with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • HR Projects: Contribute to the development and implementation of HR projects and initiatives that support the company's strategic goals.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Advisor or in a similar HR role is essential
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • CIPD qualified (or equivalent)

Hours: Part-time hours (can be flexible) based in the office Monday-Friday

Salary: pro-rata £28,000 -£35,000 (negotiable for the right person, happy to discuss!)
