Robertson Bell is excited to partner with a leading organisation to recruit a Financial Systems Specialist on a permanent basis. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in maintaining, enhancing, and standardising the financial systems that support the organisation’s financial operations. You’ll work closely with the Head of System’s and other cross-functional teams to tackle legacy data challenges, streamline processes, and develop new reporting capabilities.

In this role, you will:

  • Oversee financial systems and troubleshoot issues, clean up legacy data, and consolidate reporting templates.
  • Create and configure new dashboards, providing budget holders with intuitive financial insights.
  • Offer hands-on support and training, create self-service resources, and document processes for ongoing user empowerment.
  • Engage with stakeholders in finance, IT, and other departments to ensure alignment with organisational goals.

The Ideal Candidate will:

  • Have experience working with financial systems, with knowledge of Unit4 or SAP as a plus.

  • Be a proactive self-starter, with the ability to work effectively across both finance and non-financial stakeholders, supporting and challenging appropriately.
