We are seeking an HR Systems Administrator / HR Analyst / HR Administrator with strong HR Systems experience to support a busy HR department with the implementation and migration to a new HR System. Candidates

  • We are seeking an HR systems Administrator who has a strong background in supporting system integration and a solid understanding of Microsoft products.
  • Proficiency to an advanced level in Excel is crucial, as the role requires exporting, transforming, and managing large datasets.
  • Experience in HR back-end system configuration is also required, including tasks such as building workflows, setting up holiday entitlements, and creating system tables, beyond basic data entry.
  • The candidate must have a proven ability for process improvement and demonstrate critical thinking skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and meet business needs.
  • This role requires a strong administrator, ideally with some background in HR, but definitely a background in using HR systems.

Offer

  • Initial temporary contract until 11th April 2025 - starting in December
  • Training will be provided virtually, so being able to learn this way, together with managing own workload whilst working from home, will be really important.
  • This is a hybrid role. Ideally, someone will be based within our operating region or local to it to enable them to travel into an office if required. The operating region covers Hants, Wilts, Somerset, Dorset, Devon, Cornwall & London.
