Senior Business Systems AnalystHampshire offices + Hybrid working£65,000 to £75,000 + Bonus & benefits

Business Application Specialist required to join a growing IT product solution team based from the company's Southampton office. You'll be joining an established technical team responsible analysing existing processes/software and implementing new CRM and finance applications into the business. You'll also manage the full application lifecycle for both internal and customer-facing technology and applications. You'll play a key role in leveraging modern technology to adapt and improve business processes and delivery.

Candidates with previous experience as a Business Application Analyst, Systems Analyst, Application Support Analyst or similar will be considered. The role will join a growing IT team in a long-term transformation project and this role offers excellent career structure and room for progression and the business continue to grow.

The company offices are commutable from Southampton, Basingstoke, Fareham and Bournemouth areas with 2 days per week available from home. Responsibilities will include:

  • Business application and Systems Analysis, identifying functionality improvements for the company systems
  • Playing a significant role in leading systems/application implementations and transformations
  • Troubleshoot technical issues when required, escalated any major issues to the senior management team
  • Develop and maintain relationships with 3rd party Suppliers and Senior stakeholders

Essential skills and experience:

  • Strong technical understanding with experience with ViewPoint (preferred) or SharePoint in a Microsoft tech-based environment
  • Previous experience of working as Business Application / Systems Analyst, Project Engineer, Technical Analyst or similar
  • Previous system/application implementation experience
  • Strong understanding of requirements gathering and management
  • Ability to follow set governance and relevant Agile processes

Desirable:

  • Ability to mentor less experienced team members when necessary
  • Professional Services industry experience such as finance, legal, banking etc.
