IT SaaS Vendor Management LeadSouth Coast UK - Once a week£50,000 - £53,000We are looking for an IT SaaS Vendor Management Lead to manage key vendor relationships, ensuring value for the business and compliance with standards. This role involves overseeing contractual performance, supporting security assessments, and guiding Relationship Managers.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage SaaS vendor performance, ensuring cost efficiency and business value.
  • Develop and maintain SaaS assurance models covering security, compliance, and governance.
  • Negotiate commercial terms for IT contracts.
  • Support contract discussions with the Procurement Team.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with SaaS vendors.
  • Build strong vendor relationships for long-term value.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Experience managing SaaS vendors.
  • Knowledge of SaaS assurance models, including security and compliance.
  • Familiarity with PRA S2/21, ISO27001:2022, and IT contract negotiation.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
