We're on the lookout for a Business Systems Manager to lead the way in transforming how technology is used at a local trust. This is a brilliant opportunity to take ownership of their EPOS and CRM systems, drive digital innovation, and make a real impact at a local Charity organisation in Hampshire.

You'll be the go-to person for all things systems-streamlining processes, enhancing user experience, and collaborating closely with teams to ensure their technology supports everything they do.

What you'll do:

  • Lead and optimise our EPOS and CRM systems
  • Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency
  • Work with internal teams and external providers
  • Deliver training and support for staff
  • Use data to drive smart business decisions

What you'll bring:

  • Proven experience in implementation, configuration and maintenance of EPOS/CRM systems (ideally in retail or customer-facing environments)
  • Experience in managing vendor relationships
  • Great project and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset
  • Full driving licence and access to a car

Bonus if you have:
