Business Systems Manager
Winchester | Full-time, Permanent
Salary: 45,000 - 50,000
Hybrid: 2 days a week in the office
We're on the lookout for a Business Systems Manager to lead the way in transforming how technology is used at a local trust. This is a brilliant opportunity to take ownership of their EPOS and CRM systems, drive digital innovation, and make a real impact at a local Charity organisation in Hampshire.
You'll be the go-to person for all things systems-streamlining processes, enhancing user experience, and collaborating closely with teams to ensure their technology supports everything they do.
What you'll do:
- Lead and optimise our EPOS and CRM systems
- Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency
- Work with internal teams and external providers
- Deliver training and support for staff
- Use data to drive smart business decisions
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience in implementation, configuration and maintenance of EPOS/CRM systems (ideally in retail or customer-facing environments)
- Experience in managing vendor relationships
- Great project and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset
- Full driving licence and access to a car
Bonus if you have:
- Experience with Spektrix, Artifax, or Lightspeed
- Project management qualifications (e.g., PMP)
