Customer Sales Agent-No Cold Calling! This is a fantastic opportunity to work for one of the UK’s leading Motor Fleet Insurance Broker, who are going through an exciting period of growth.We are looking to hire a Customer Sales Agent to join their vibrant team.This role is full-time office based out of the desirable location Ocean Village in Southampton.The Ideal CandidateWill have experience of working on the phones in an office environment, managing incoming and outgoing calls as well as emails. All training will be provided but a friendly approach, enthusiasm and excellent customer service are essential. There is room for professional development, if desired, which will see you grow from the ground up.Responsibilities
  • Conduct proactive outbound calls to enhance client relationships.
  • Keep accurate records of client accounts and sales progress.
  • Build strong, collaborative partnerships with clients and internal teams.
  • Provide innovative solutions to meet customer needs within compliance standards.
  • Stay ahead of market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Key Skills and Knowledge
  • Great phone manner and customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Must be computer literate
  • Have a 'can-do' attitude and a willingness to get stuck in
  • Attention to detail and the ability to proactively identify errors and problem solve

  • Monday-Friday only 8:30-5 Monday to Friday. No weekends or bank holidays!
