Michael Page is working with a growing employment services business based in central Southampton who is recruiting for a Finance Administrator to join their accountancy team on an ongoing temporary basis with a very high possibility to go permanent (based on performance). This role is ideal for someone with previous admin experience but full training is provided, so also good for those looking for a career change.

Our client is an employment services business in central Southampton. Due to continuous growth, they require additional support within their team. Situated in the heart of the city centre, this is ideal for public transport users as well as those who drive. This is a hybrid position.

Description

As the Finance Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Inputting financial information into the database
  • Processing financial information on a timely and accurate basis
  • Financial calculations using Excel
  • Producing reports for management
  • Managing the inbox
  • Dealing with queries via email
  • Any other adhoc duties as and when required

Profile

The ideal candidate for the Finance Administrator position will be able to complete most, if not all, of the above.
