Graduate Town Planner - Leading Property Consultancy - Southampton

The Role:As a Graduate Town Planner, you will work on a diverse range of projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. You'll gain hands-on experience in planning applications, policy research, and client engagement while being mentored by industry-leading professionals.
Key Responsibilities:- Assisting in the preparation and submission of planning applications
- Conducting site appraisals and policy research
- Engaging with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders
- Supporting senior planners on complex projects
- Keeping up to date with planning legislation and industry trends
- A degree in Town Planning or a related field (RTPI accredited preferred)
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and report-writing abilities
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn
