In this role, you will manage a wide range of commercial litigation matters, including but not limited to:
- Contractual disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, and debt recovery.
- Professional negligence claims and property disputes.
- Assisting with alternative dispute resolution processes such as mediation and arbitration.
To be successful, you will:
- Be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with experience in Commercial Litigation.
- Have a proven track record in handling complex property litigation cases.
- Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Be capable of working independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
- Demonstrate a client-focused approach, with a strong commitment to delivering outstanding service.
