Are you an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor looking for a new challenge? A well-established law firm in Southampton is seeking a talented solicitor with 5+ years' PQE to join their dynamic and growing commercial property team.

The Role:

As a key member of the department, you will manage a diverse caseload of high-value and complex commercial property transactions. You will work closely with developers, landlords, tenants, and investors, providing strategic legal advice on acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling a broad range of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects
  • Advising clients on strategic property matters, ensuring high-quality service delivery
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, with a focus on business development
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues across departments to provide a seamless client experience
About You:
  • 5+ years’ PQE in commercial property law, ideally gained at a reputable firm
  • Strong technical knowledge and a commercial mindset
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • A proactive, results-driven approach with the ability to manage a busy caseload
  • Interest in business development and growing client relationships
