Are you an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor looking for a new challenge? A well-established law firm in Southampton is seeking a talented solicitor with 5+ years' PQE to join their dynamic and growing commercial property team.
The Role:As a key member of the department, you will manage a diverse caseload of high-value and complex commercial property transactions. You will work closely with developers, landlords, tenants, and investors, providing strategic legal advice on acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Handling a broad range of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects
- Advising clients on strategic property matters, ensuring high-quality service delivery
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, with a focus on business development
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across departments to provide a seamless client experience
- 5+ years’ PQE in commercial property law, ideally gained at a reputable firm
- Strong technical knowledge and a commercial mindset
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- A proactive, results-driven approach with the ability to manage a busy caseload
- Interest in business development and growing client relationships
