Are you a newly qualified to 3 years' PQE solicitor with a passion for commercial property law? A highly regarded law firm in Southampton is looking for a talented and driven Commercial Property Solicitor to join their dynamic team.
The Role:You will handle a broad range of commercial property matters, working with a diverse client base that includes developers, landlords, tenants, and investors. Key Responsibilities:- Managing a caseload of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects
- Conducting due diligence, reviewing title documents, and negotiating contracts
- Advising clients on property-related matters, ensuring exceptional client service
- Collaborating with colleagues across departments to support client needs
- NQ - 3 years PQE with experience in commercial property law
- Strong technical skills and a proactive, commercial mindset
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Ability to manage workload effectively and work well within a team
