This opportunity is ideal for a Residential Development Lawyer with 3+ years' PQE. The successful candidate will work on high-profile residential and mixed-use development projects, supporting major housebuilders, registered providers, and private developers. Experience with house-building, strategic land, or affordable housing is an asset, but most importantly, candidates should demonstrate a strong passion for residential development law.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise on conditional contracts, options, transfers, and development agreements for high-value residential projects.
  • Handle rights of pre-emption, collaboration agreements, and strategic land matters.
  • Manage relationships with key clients, building strong and lasting connections.
  • Participate in business development, including attending client events and contributing to marketing activities.
