Job Advert: SEN Lawyer - £50,000-£60,000 DOE

We are currently seeking an experienced Education lawyer with a focus on Special Educational Needs (SEN) to join our client's successful and highly regarded team. Our client is committed to providing all the support and encouragement necessary for you to develop and excel in this established practise area.

As an ambitious professional, you are motivated by the opportunity to stand out and enhance your profile and reputation in this highly specialised field of work. You must also be able to collaborate effectively with our client and their team to develop strong referral connections across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilise your experience as an Education and/or SEN lawyer to provide comprehensive legal advice and representation to clients.

  • Demonstrate personal self-motivation and the ability to inspire and motivate others. You will contribute to the team by sharing knowledge and building capacity across the wider organisation.
  • Work closely with clients, dedicating your time and expertise to understanding their needs and priorities. With sensitivity and commercial acumen, you will work in partnership with them to achieve the best possible outcomes.
  • Foster strong and trusting professional relationships with clients, striving to provide exceptional service. Your ability to develop new networks and build key contact relationships in your practise area will be invaluable.
