Our clients Commercial Property team has garnered consistent recognition in prestigious legal directories, such as Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners, which highlights the team's strong reputation and expertise. The team specialises in commercial real estate transactions and serves a broad range of clients across various industries.You will be responsible for managing and developing your own mixed case load of complex matters. Including handling a variety of property-related legal issues for a diverse range of clients.
Responsibilities will also involve:
- Supervision and Growth of the Team: You’ll play a key role in supervising and monitoring junior members of the team, helping them develop their skills while contributing to the overall growth and success of the team.

- Qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive or Partner: Qualified professional with experience in Commercial Property agreements, whether you're currently in a Senior Associate position, a Partner, or a Legal Executive looking for the next step in your career.
- Proactive Client Management: Comfortable managing clients with minimal supervision. This involves being proactive in addressing client needs and ensuring high-quality service.
- Delegation and Supervision: Proven track record of delegating tasks to and supervising junior solicitors, helping them develop their skills and ensuring the smooth running of client matters.
- Experience Level: This position would suit someone with at least 10 years of PQE although this is flexible for the right candidate. The role is also suited for those in Senior Associate roles aiming to progress to Partnership, or for existing Partners looking to make a lateral move.
