Paralegal - Conveyancing TeamSouthampton£27,000-30,000 DOEMy client is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join their dynamic Conveyancing Team in Southampton. This is a full-time, permanent role ideal for someone with a strong background in conveyancing processes, including post-completion work.About the Role: In this position, you'll deliver high-quality conveyancing services with a focus on exceptional customer support. You'll work closely with an established team, managing the entire conveyancing cycle and collaborating with key stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include preparing contract packages, managing administration tasks, addressing client queries, and maintaining an organised case management system.Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting contract packages and managing searches.
  • Proactively progressing transactions with stakeholders.
  • Keeping task reports updated.
  • Managing client communications and administrative duties.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a conveyancing paralegal.
