THE COMPANY

This DIY retail company wants to refresh and upgrade its CRM and loyalty propositions.

THE ROLE

You'll take leadership from a CRM perspective, leading 3 experienced CRM Managers and their reports. The business needs someone who can work on optimisation, personalisation and the ability to use data and measure and build and own the cross-channel CRM strategy for the business.

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE

Experience with the Braze platform
Expert knowledge of CRM strategies, processes and systems
Strong experience in delivering personalisation in CRM and understand technical processes
Loyalty programme exposure
Hands-on experience using campaign management
Team management experience and strong stakeholder engagement
