Tate are delighted to be supporting The University of Southampton to recruit a Personal Assistant into their Faculty of Medicine. If you have PA experience and are on the lookout for your next opportunity then this is a perfect role for you, the University are offering a flexible, part time contract for around 3 months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior staff.
  • Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle correspondence and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases.
  • Assist in organising events and meetings.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or PA role.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
