EliteHR are are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity to join a fantasic team as an HR Business Partner. You will be part of a friendly team and will offer business partnership across all the three main areas of the business – Care, Education and Shared Services.

The Role

The role has a focus on diagnosing people priorities, developing people plans, and helping to implement company-wide people approaches.  You will need to have a high level of business acumen, along with a good understanding of all the areas in the people profession. You will work closely with, teams, managers and key stakeholders to help build the organisation and people capability. Additionally, you will play a role in the shaping and implementation of effective people strategies and activities across the whole business.

  • Assisting in building strong talent pipelines and workforce planning.
  • Using experience, skills and knowledge of the HR industry to maximise impact and add value in key areas such as change, management, employee engagement, recruitment and employee relations.

You will need

Essential

  • Graduate member or working towards Level 5 CIPD
  • Experience in a generalist HR role
  • Experience in analysing data and producing reports
  • Experience in, and knowledge of, advising managers on HR related procedures, casework, change management and policy interpretation
