We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join a team in Hythe, Southampton.
The role involves developing people plans and supporting the Peoples Team Director with various HR duties.
Candidates should be a graduate member or working towards Level 5 CIPD and have experience in a generalist HR role.
Experience in data analysis, report production, and advising managers on HR procedures is essential, with LADO experience being a plus.
The salary for this position is competitive, and candidates should have relevant experience in HR.

We are recruiting for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a fantastic team based in Hythe, Southampton. The role is focused on people plans and development across all aspects of HR. You will need to support the Peoples Team Director and cover all HR duties in relation to relevant policies and company procedures.

The successful Candidate will need:

Graduate member or working towards Level 5 CIPD
Experience in a generalist HR role
Experience in analysing data and producing reports
Experience in, and knowledge of, advising managers on HR related procedures, casework, change management and policy interpretation
LADO experience a plus
