This is an Administration Team Leader for a small group of school/colleges. You will manage a team of around 7 people and co-ordinate their work. Exposure includes Student Services, Bursary Admin, Exams, Management Information, and Curriculum.

Flexibility to work TERM TIME ONLY if you prefer. The job will last several weeks, and there is possibility of perm.

The Administration Role

This will be a very hands on, varied admin role where you will be taking responsibility for:

  • Administrative support across a Multi Academy Trust, through a team
  • Meet regularly with the Senior Leadership team to coordinate work flow
  • Coordinate the maintenance of registers and student absence reporting
  • Assist with room bookings and some timetabling
  • Support Student Services, Exams, MIS, Curriculum and other administrative functions

The Ideal Candidate

This is a busy environment and small team so you need strong administrative experience and confidence to coordinate and lead a team. Experience from within Education is not essential, but you must share a passion for Education of young people and creating a positive working environment.

Additional information

Hours are 8.30am to 4.30pm Mondays to Thursdays and 4pm on Fridays. You can choose whether you work during school holidays.
