Summary:We are looking for a Part-Time Administrator to join a company which plays a central role in supporting competition in the non-household retail water market. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to the Board while ensuring the smooth operation of the office. Your responsibilities will include coordinating meetings, managing diaries, overseeing office maintenance, arranging visitor schedules, and handling workplace facilities. Key responsibilities:

  • Manage office facilities, equipment & maintenance to ensure a well-functioning workspace
  • Oversee supplies, procurement, mail distribution, and printing needs
  • Serve as the main point of contact for landlords, building management and visitors
  • Support Board directors with administrative tasks and coordinate meetings and events
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and address office-related inquiries
  • Take on the role of first aider and fire warden (training provided)
  • Provide general administrative assistance as required

Skills and experience required:

  • Previous experience in office administration
  • Strong communication skills
  • Well-organised and able to manage a dynamic, varied workload
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • A positive and proactive attitude
  • Ability to make independent decisions with confidence
