- Photocopy and scan documents as required.
- Welcome visitors and manage guest registrations.
- Type and distribute letters and other correspondences.
- Handle incoming calls and manage general inquiries.
- Open and organise mail to ensure timely distribution to the appropriate departments.
- Archive documents and maintain the archive database to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with data storage policies.
Experience:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, including Excel.
- Previous experience in an administrative role, demonstrating a track record of managing office responsibilities effectively.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
