Our client is seeking a Logistics Solutions Administrator/Coordinator to join their team for a minimum of two months. This role offers the possibility of extension depending on workload.

Primary Purpose:
You will coordinate and provide administrative support to the Logistics Solutions department, assisting with daily tasks, handling queries from agents and customers, including complaints, and resolving issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Administration:

  • Monitor the Armacup inbox and respond to enquiries.
  • Update Surrender & Corrections from Japan.
  • Monitor vessel ETA's and update the in-house system.
  • Send out Notice of Vessel Arrivals within agreed time lines (UK & Europe).
  • Invoice terminal handling charges within agreed timescales.
  • Update terminal with daily bookings.
  • Request new customer setups and amendments.
  • Other administrative tasks as training progresses.

Logistics Solutions Support:

  • Assist the team with daily tasks such as sending NOAs, THCs, and storage invoices.
  • Promote and offer services when opportunities arise.
  • Support department activities as required.

General Duties:

  • Support other business areas as required.
  • Act as an ambassador for the company by mentoring and setting a positive example.
