Our client is seeking a Logistics Solutions Administrator/Coordinator to join their team for a minimum of two months. This role offers the possibility of extension depending on workload.
Primary Purpose:
You will coordinate and provide administrative support to the Logistics Solutions department, assisting with daily tasks, handling queries from agents and customers, including complaints, and resolving issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Administration:
- Monitor the Armacup inbox and respond to enquiries.
- Update Surrender & Corrections from Japan.
- Monitor vessel ETA's and update the in-house system.
- Send out Notice of Vessel Arrivals within agreed time lines (UK & Europe).
- Invoice terminal handling charges within agreed timescales.
- Update terminal with daily bookings.
- Request new customer setups and amendments.
- Other administrative tasks as training progresses.
Logistics Solutions Support:
- Assist the team with daily tasks such as sending NOAs, THCs, and storage invoices.
- Promote and offer services when opportunities arise.
- Support department activities as required.
General Duties:
- Support other business areas as required.
- Act as an ambassador for the company by mentoring and setting a positive example.
