The Project Consultant Opportunity:

As Project Consultant, you will be a key client contact working alongside our Consultancy team representing every component of our offer. Commercially aware and solutions focussed you’ll take the time to understand our clients and prospects strategies, the commercial context they operate in and the problems they need solving.

You’ll provide hands-on consulting support across a range of projects. Curious, positive and pragmatic you’ll focus on making things happen and taking pride in helping our clients crack their culture code and transform performance.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Taking a key role in planning and supporting the design and delivery of end-to-end projects for our clients
+ Providing relevant experience and expertise in one or more of our core consulting services
+ Liaising with our clients and build relationships throughout the client journey
+ Acting as a key point of contact for our clients, becoming a trusted and credible advisor
+ Assisting in conducting research and diagnostic work along with preparing recommendations for the client
+ Facilitating input from subject matter experts into projects if relevant
+ Partnering with the Consulting team and/or Associates to deliver profitable projects that add measurable value to clients
+ Identifying and helping to secure follow-up opportunities which could include moving into other areas of the client’s organisation
+ Ensuring forecasts, client notes and pipeline opportunities are kept up-to-date
+ Assisting with proofreading and managing the quality of all outputs

About you:

+ Experience of building and managing relationships as part of a project with internal teams, clients and/or suppliers
+ Ability to effectively manage own workload and prioritise conflicting priorities
+ Ability to conduct research and present findings through effective data visualisation and impactful insights storytelling
+ Ability to effectively problem solve, in order to recommend and articulate appropriate solutions
+ Ability to work with technology platforms to support delivery on consultancy solutions e.g. managing surveys
+ Ability to flex communication style depending on the situation, person and scenario
+ Able to stay organised in an unstructured environment
+ Able to coordinate multiple tasks and manage relationships whilst keeping the big picture across projects in mind
+ A keen eye for detail and a focus on quality
+ A proficient communicator, actively listening to what is being said and not said and taking context into account
+ Able to work collaboratively across the team and across projects
