Lettings Negotiator • 19k-21k Basic Salary • Southampton • OTE 30k • Independent Agency • Career Development • Independent Estate Agency requires a motivated Lettings Negotiator for their 'flagship' Southampton office. Responsibilities for this Lettings Negotiator role will include:

Registering and assisting tenants and purchasers with viewings
Maintaining close relationships and providing feedback
Assisting the tenancy process
Engaging and referring customers to other agency departments

Skills & Experience for this Lettings Negotiator role:

Experience within estate agency lettings or sales
Comfortable working with targets
Enjoy working with autonomy as well being part of a larger team
Drive and ambition to 'add value'
