A busy and successful agency in Southampton are looking for an experienced and organised Property Manager to join their team.

Working as part of the tenancy management team, you will assist and look after tenants, landlords and their properties by handling and actioning calls to communicate proficiently with tenants, landlords and contractors when required to get things done to the satisfaction of all involved.

Further requirements of the role are to ensure that the portfolio of properties are legally compliant as per up to date legislation, to include gas and electric checks and to ensure all documentation is recorded and filed accordingly. Other areas of the role will include handling deposit negotiations, tenancy terminations, check outs, arrears, payment collections and serving notices.

This varied and attention detailed role requires a go getting and a can do attitude, whilst offering outstanding service levels to all, whilst using modern property software to support your day to day tasks.

A basic salary up to £30,000 dependant on experience is offered with an OTE £32,00.00.

Working rota: Monday to Friday 9 till 5.30 and up to two Saturdays per month 9 till 1pm.
