This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in maintaining smooth office operations and delivering excellent client service.Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome clients, visitors, and contractors, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
  • Manage reception duties, meeting room setups, IT support, and assist with desk bookings, post, and deliveries.
  • Support the Location Support Coordinator with facilities tasks, health & safety compliance, and office maintenance.
  • Work closely with internal teams to help create a productive and professional office environment.
  • Coordinate onsite events, maintain office records, and assist with admin tasks including logging purchases and supporting H&S activities.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience in a similar role 
  • Professional and clear communication 
  • Comfortable with MS Office and basic IT tools to manage office requirements.
  • Proactive and able to tackle day-to-day challenges as they arise.
