- Provide front-of-house and administrative support.
- Ensure a positive experience for all who interact with Explorer House.
- Maintain security protocols by following procedures.
- Use relevant systems to carry out administrative tasks for visitors and specific teams/people.
- Maintain a professional front-of-house working environment.
- Complete necessary administrative tasks.
Skills Required:
- Secondary education or equivalent, or relevant experience.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Proven track record of excellent customer service skills.
- Previous experience in administration and reception would be beneficial.
