In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring they have a positive experience whether over the phone, via email, or in person. You will also provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our business.Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide front-of-house and administrative support.
  • Ensure a positive experience for all who interact with Explorer House.
  • Maintain security protocols by following procedures.
  • Use relevant systems to carry out administrative tasks for visitors and specific teams/people.
  • Maintain a professional front-of-house working environment.
  • Complete necessary administrative tasks.

Skills Required:

  • Secondary education or equivalent, or relevant experience.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Proven track record of excellent customer service skills.
  • Previous experience in administration and reception would be beneficial.
