  • Answering incoming phone calls in a professional and proactive manner, striving to find resolutions to queries and escalating matters when needed
  • Creating, updating, filing and printing of key documents
  • Ensuring that data is handled and maintained in an accurate manner
  • Supporting on the planning and execution of company events as required
  • Providing support across the business for various teams with operational and administrative tasks
  • Reporting to the Administration manager
What you will need to Apply:To be considered for this role you should be able to demonstrate excellent English communication skills both written and verbal and have a professional and friendly telephone manner. Previous administrative or reception work experience is also required for this role.
