Description

The key responsibilities for the Senior Recruitment Advisor role are:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, directors, hiring managers, and external agencies.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to define vacancy requirements, job descriptions, and approval processes.
  • Manage and respond to queries related to the recruitment process.
  • Create and publish job advertisements across various platforms.
  • Actively source and engage with qualified candidates.
  • Oversee job listings and monitor applications via the applicant tracking system.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates, ensuring a smooth progression through the recruitment pipeline.
  • Assist in recruiting for student schemes and training programmes.
  • Manage employment offers, negotiate terms, and finalise contracts with successful candidates.
  • Represent the organisation at job fairs and career events.
  • Support other recruitment-related tasks as needed.
