Full Time (including weekends)

Day-to-day of the role:

Drive individual and store targets to achieve company goals.
Ensure positive brand promotion and maintain a strong market presence.
Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
Conduct monthly reviews and appraisals to foster team development.
Support and coordinate in-store events to boost engagement and sales.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Previous experience managing a retail travel agency store is essential.
Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service.
