Key Responsibilities:

• Manage classroom behaviour to create a positive and productive learning environment.
• Follow lesson plans provided by the school, or use your initiative to plan activities that meet curriculum objectives.
• Support students' academic progress by providing assistance with assignments, assessments, and feedback.
• Adapt to a range of school environments, teaching different year groups and subjects across various secondary schools.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• A flexible, proactive approach with a passion for education and a positive attitude.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to quickly adapt to new teaching environments.
• Experience teaching secondary-age students, ideally across multiple subjects (though specific subject expertise is an advantage).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
